How to answer different questions
Thinking about part d.) questions, here are some for you to look through and think about what makes them good/bad.
On the one hand, I do agree that humans can never be good because when you were a child, you must have done something bad, like a bad word or getting into a fight. You can never have done something good, like in the passage of Cain and Abel where Cain kills someone. Or like Tulisa, where she was taking drugs. Both of these things are saying that humans can never be good.
But on the other hand, I don't agree because you can give a whole 80, 90 years without doing something bad. For instance, Abel didn't do anything bad, but he was the victim of something bad. Also Bill Gates didn't do anything bad, he was very good because he helped people to not do bad stuff.
My conclusion is that humans can never be totally good, even though they are good when they are older.
On the one hand, humans can never be truly good because humans will always have jealousy and hatred to people who they do not like. Like Cain, in the Cain and Abel passage in the bible.
On the other hand, humans can be totally good like a priest, who is religiously clean because they have been cleansed by God. And some people who are just really good do not have any hatred or jealousy towards people they do not like, e.g in the Good Samaritan passage.
On the one hand, I think that, yes humans can never be good. Every human on earth has committed a sin, unintentionally or intentionally. Equally, there are very many humans who do very good things but are not perfect. Adding onto this, in the parable of the rich young man, Jesus even tells the young man that only God is perfect, and to be like God is impossible. Even a figure in History, an idol like say Winston Churchill, despite the incredible things that he did he still wasn't perfect.
On the other hand, I think that there are truly good people. Vast amounts of people have all the qualities that make them good: kind, forgiving, sacrificial etc. Also to be good, you don't have to do amazing things, like helping a poor person or an old lady in the street. No one is perfect, that is true, but what I am saying is that the little kind things make the difference and a good person, not perfect as that is non-achievable but good. Evidently there are some individuals that will do amazing things which make them really good people, but it's also the little things which make them really good people, but it's also the little things that are good.
To conclude, I think that there is not a totally good human, that is impossible, even Jesus said that there are plenty of people that do things that make then good people.
On the one hand, yes, I do agree that humans can never be totally good because everyone makes mistakes. For example, Adam and Eve may have been good people, but they did sin and did what God told them not to do. Also Bill Gates was an amazing person, he donated huge sums of money to charity just because he is a very good man.
On the other hand, I don't agree that humans can never be totally good because even if you do sin, if you want to be forgiven by God and you know what you have done is wrong, then your sins will be forgiven. For example Bill Gates probably made some mistakes but then he wanted to be forgiven so he gave lots of his money to charity.
My conclusion is that humans can be totally good, just because some are not, does not mean all are not.
